Pick up from your class location.
Tutors are hired on a termly, rather than a weekly basis. With this in mind, sessions are purchased upfront prior to commencement of services.
Our sessions are charged at $130 per 45 minute session and are purchased in lots of 10 sessions.
Please note that these payments relate to consecutive weekly dates (excluding school holidays) as arranged with your tutor. If you cannot make it on the date specified for any reason, including sickness, your lesson is forfeited unless you can come to a suitable arrangement with your tutor.
The tutors have been instructed to try to offer alternative lesson times, but of course they are at the mercy of their timetables. Should your tutor be unable to make your allocated lesson, we will either arrange for a different tutor to take that lesson, or we will guarantee a make-up lesson that is mutually convenient, or we will refund that lesson if we cannot make the other two options work.
